I diffidently don't think so sweetheart. If you avoid them for a long time, then when you see them again your just going to be back where you started; in love with them. I think the best thing to do is take them on in small doses. Eventually you'll get used to them in a friendly way and be able to move on. This tends to work for me. But its really great when I happen to think the person is particularly amazing and still want to be friends with them. :]
