It is not only that. A significant part of the New Testament is about Jesus, but the Old Testament doesn't mention him at all (except for an occasional prophecy, which may refer to Him), because they talk about events that happened before His time.

If you mean a complete biography of Jesus, that has never been written. What we know of his life and ministry is contained in the Four Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, which are the first four books in the New Testament in the Bible.
