It's a standard item. Located under the plastic trim under the windshield wipers.
Park the wipers so they are up towards the top of the windshield by turning the ignition key off while the wipers are running, then remove the plastic nuts or screws that hold the black plastic trim and vent piece between the wipers. You will see the cabin air filter. It is rectangular.

The dealer has to install a cabin air filter. It is an option. The last time Im had the oil changed, I ask them to check both air filters (Under hood and cabin. I didn't have a cabin air filter and it was explained that it is an option. Hope this helps.
