The is simply put, NO. This product is not approved by the DEA. According to the Title 21 CFR 1300-1316 all controlled medication must be inventoried and documented to exchange posession. All schedule C2 products must be filled out on a DEA 22 form.
Furthermore, if anyone drops even one tablet of a P or U listed drug like Warfarin for example then the entire Cactus Sink must be destroyed as hazardous waste product. Majority of pharmacy's are being forced to figure out their own method for disposal since their reverse distributor is not a legal recipient for hazardous product. It also states on the Cactus Sink website to check all Federal and Local state laws prior to purchase. I highly encourage you to do your own research before you invest in this expensive fraudulent product.
