If it is relevant to whatever matter is being decided at the hearing, it could be important. If the day, date and time have no effect over what is being decided in the hearing, it is irrelevant.
For example, if your hearing is on your motion to dismiss your criminal case, and you are charged with robbing the bank, and the camera shows the thief in the bank at 1:05 am on Friday February 18, 2011, but you can establish that you were standing at an ATM, through their camera, 50 miles away, the day, date and time is very relevant.
On the other hand, if your hearing is on your motion to dismiss your criminal case, and you are charged with robbing the bank at the same time, but you have no alibi evidence, the time may not matter.
