The Destabilizer is a unique, fully automatic version of the Alien Desintigrator. Per shot, the Destabilizer is much weaker than it appears to be, and deals less damage than an alien atomizer. Like an Assault Rifle, the Pip-Boy displays an accurate total of damage per second, not per shot. It is slightly less accurate than the Disintegrator, and only fires a single round in VATS, despite being automatic. This, coupled with the Destabilizer's not significantly lower AP cost, makes the Disintegrator a better candidate for VATS-heavy usage.
A small nuclear trigger (the primary) inside the weapon is exploded and used to generate energy, which is used to compress another device (the secondary) inside the weapon. This energy causes the secondary to collapse on itself, initiating a fusion reaction in the fusion fuel (Lithium6 Deuteride) contained in the secondary.
Depends on your style of play, with mine it doesnt matter what your melee skill is. I've played over 3000+ Hours (Ya i know addicted right?), and in your case it would depend on what your Gun is, i would hotkey your weapons so you can switch to the shishkebab whenever your enemies get close
No.
Yes. Just like in Fallout 3, you can find many scattered. Try bartering a lot as you may find them in small trade stops or on caravans.
The bomb was. of course, carried into the country of Japan by an airplane. If you are asking about the fallout from the explosion, yes, a small amount of fallout will be carried by winds to other countries.
It would have to be electromagnetic railgun capable of hitting targets hundreds of miles away with a relatively small projectile ,but consumes a very large amount of energy to fire.
An atomic bomb has more destructive potential, but a large, long-lived tornado would probably release more energy than a small nuclear weapon.
Internal diameter of the barrel.
The bobbleheads in fallout 3 are split into 2 catagories, S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and your stats. The S.P.E.C.I.A.L. bobbleheads are: Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligance, Agility and Luck. The stat bobbleheads are: barter, big guns, energy weapons, explosives, lockpick, medicine, melee weapons, repair, science, small guns, sneak, speech and unarmed. below is a site on where to find all the bobbleheads with video walkthroughs http://www.gamesradar.com/f/fallout-3-bobblehead-guide/a-200811079495387046 hope that helps :)
No. "Firearm" is defined basically as a small arms weapon, as a rifle or pistol, from which a projectile is fired by gunpowder. A slingshot is a weapon, but not a firearm.
Yes! A nuclear weapon (especially a small one (as much as small can be applied to nuclear weapons)) can miss enough to render the weapon tactically ineffective. This could happen with ICMS if the guidance system failed, sending the weapons (in a MIRV) into the ocean, or onto a remote piece of land.
The classification of the bazooka as a small arm is a bit questionable. Although it was carried by an individual, it was served by a gunner and loader/ammo bearer, which made it a crew served weapon. Small arms are individual weapons.
