That is not even close to being the most purchased phone though. Sales numbers are model specific so releasing a new model every year, or every couple months in the case of androids makes them very improbable to reach that status. Rim also has a very diverse model platform that also makes it hard to get the most sold marks. The best selling Blackberry to date is the original pearl.(A big reason people hate on RIM since it was a garbage phone.) Apple has not even hit 50 million units for a single model as far as I know. The Droid Razr has only been out, what, a few weeks if that so why even mention it. Anyway, to the point. The Manufacturer that has sold the most phones ever is hands down Nokia. The same company holds the title for the most sold model to date being the Nokia 1100 which sold a whopping 250,000,000 units. Nokia has also sold 10 other phone models that have exceeded sales of 100,000,000+. Motorola's Best selling phone model to date is the Motorola V3 Razr hauling in ~130,000,000 units. Mind you this number does NOT include the variants such as the V3i, V3c, V3t(t-mobile or Rogers.) Original Answer VVVVVVVVVVV in my opinion, the most bought phone would probably be the iPhone. But they are very expensive, but definetly worth it! Although the most bought phone might be the Droid RAZR, or the Samsung Galaxy S2, or the Blackberry, etc. But i LOVE my iPhone 4s (white). Otterbox is a very nice case, if you're looking for protection. But you can buy whatever phone you prefer that fits your lifestyleee.
