In B flat major the F is a natural F. In G major the F is F sharp unless you are told otherwise.
b flat
Offhand, I would say that is a misprint. However, a natural and flat means to return to a normal flat note after a double-flat. For example, suppose you are in a key with B-flat in the key signature, but you have an E-flat diminished chord, which includes B-double-flat. After that you have a regular B-flat. The natural cancels the double-flat, and the single flat returns to the usual note. After a double-sharp, a natural and sharp would do the same thing.
A flat lowers the note by a semitone. As a key signature, a single flat indicates the key of F, meaning your B should be flat. Two flats are E and B, meaning the key is therefore B flat. B, E and A flat indicate the key of E flat ... and so on.

A flat key is a key that has a flat on its tonic note. A sharp key is a key that has a sharp on its tonic note.
Relative major and minor share the same key signature but a different tonic note (a tonic note is the first note of the scale or in solfege tonic is DO). For example, D flat major has five flats in it's key signature and b flat minor has 5 flats in it's key signature; therefore, D flat major and b flat minor are relative.
C flat is the same as B natural.
Mi is the 3rd of the scale. In B-flat major, it's D.
G flat, which is the same as F sharp is played by holding down 1,2,3 and 5 The production of the note is dependent on the number 4 key being released while the 5 key is held.
As you may know, in all minor keys you must raise the 7th note. For example, the key of E Minor is F sharp, but you always play a D sharp in that key. It's the same with C Minor. You raise the 7th note making B flat, a B natural. I hope this helped
Starting with B flat, the third black key in the group of three, the next note would be D flat, the next black key. E flat would be the next note also the next black key. E natural is the white key one to the right then the next white key which would be F natural. The final note is A flat which is in the middle of the three black keys.
B flat note, C note, D note, E flat note, F note, G note, A note, B flat note.
