No. Garcinia cambogia is a smaller fruit, sometimes called a tamarind. They are related to mangosteens, but not the same. The scientific name of a mangosteen is garcinia mangostana.
Because Garcinia Cambogia increases levels of Serotonin in the brain. SSRI antidepressants do the same thing, so you could potentially run into a serious health condition called Serotonin Syndrome. It's not a good idea. If you're on a non-SSRI though, you might be able to take them both together without any problems.
