The 1993 1.5 liter Honda gearbox is different than the 1998 1.5 liter Honda gearbox. The gearboxes are not interchangeable.
Yes.
a hood from a 1999 civic will only fit a 1999 or 2000 civic, and for the 1993, you should be able to use any hood from a 92-95 civic, of the same style (ex. coupe fits coupe, sedan to sedan, and hatchback to hatchback, though I believe hatchback and coupe use the same hood)
as long as they are of the same body type (coupe, sedan, and hatchback) they will fit
other than options and sub-models, they will be almost identical
Hello, Yes, a 1994 Honda Civic Ex front windshield will fit a 1993 model year Civic Ex. They both share the same OEM Part # 73111- SR8- A00.
Both models are the 5th generation so they should have the same transmission.

Are you asking where to add fluid? If so, it is the same place you check it.

Vehicle quotes for a 1998 Honda Civic could be done on a number of internet sites. The most popular are Kelly Blue Book (kbb.org) and Edmunds.com, which will allow you to find out what the same vehicle has been selling for.
If it is the same as an ACS air charge sensor, it does not have one.
