This Global Accreditation board for distance learning is a private business enterprise, the name so called accreditation but no recognition power from government, without approval and recognition from state educational board or related professional organisation. Some distance learning universities established this Accreditation board and request their alumni to pay additional fee, like a commercial business style, non-professional, very bad !!
