The Heart
As you exercise, the muscles need more oxygen to work. The heart beats faster to get the oxygenated blood from the lungs to the muscles. The harder you exercise, the more oxygen the muscles need, the faster the heart beats.
exercise strenghtens all the muscles in the body. the heart is one. the harder you work, the harder the heart works to pumo blood around to other muscles and that makes it stronger. the heart pumps the blood with oxygen to the other muscles that need it

There is only one place you will find cardiac muscles and that is the heart.
Because when your muscles are working they need more oxygen and nutrients, which they get from the blood. And for the blood to be able to carry more nutrients to the muscles the heart has to pump faster.
When you exercise, certain muscles need more oxygen. Your body does this by bringing more oxygenated blood to those muscles. This is done by an increase of heart rate.
- Muscles require oxygen to function - When running, you are working muscles - Blood carries oxygen, the heart pumps blood When running, as the muscles require more oxygen to work harder, the heart must pump blood around your body quicker, delivering more oxygen to the muscles that require it. The way that the heart does this is to increase heart rate.
when you exercise, the heart rate increases, (as does your breathing pace), so that more oxygen can be carried in the blood to your muscles. The more intense the exercise, the more your muscles have to work, so more oxygen is required and your heart rate will increase. The quicker you heart rate returns to normal, the better your fitness.
Your heart beats faster and you breathe more because your blood cells need more energy to give to your muscles
Heart muscles are involuntary.
