I cannot decode this as it matches no Ford VIN codes I know of.
The dealer can run the sales codes off of the vin in their computer system, and tell the color from that.

the VIN number is the vehicle identification number. it's located on the rego label. on most cars, their a 16 digit number. it will contain letters as well.
Your local dealer will have to use the VIN to get the sales codes for the vehicle. They should be able to tell the ratio from that.

The first three digits are who made it, the next five are the attributes,(...e.g. the transmission, interior color, exterior color, etc...), the next one is the check digit, then the tenth digit is the model code, then the last six is the serial number.
