no. You have to go onto system settings, and get to the page that lets you get the internet. you have to type in your wireless router WEP key, and connect all 6 connections. Make sure the key is NOT red but green. Then go to DSi shop and download it from there. It sounds SO confusing but it all makes sense once you see the green key:) Hope this helps.
