To a National Guard interveiw you should wear something formal, not jeans or a t-shirt. You should look like you have honor for that honorable job.
If it prevents you from doing your job, then possibly yes.

Not only are you my hero's but you live in Alabama which just happens to be my favorite state! :] You could try a part time job and a shop or restaurant near by in your hometown or go bigger, maybe go to college if you have the money.
