Pig meat is pig meat although some will naturally be more fat, some will be less. The pig's diet will also help decide how much fat the meat has. How the meat "eats" will also depend on the slaughter and hanging methods used, regardless of breed type.
A commercial pig is likely to be fed a diet that will produce more lean meat but it will also most likely have restricted access to free-roaming which might make the meat "softer". A pot-bellied pig will probably have a more varied diet but is more likely to have access to open-air ranging and so will have more exercise.
So..pig meat is pig meat.
