Yes.The Menstrual cycle is a feedback mechanism because it is regulated by hormones which are controlled by negative feedback mechanisms. This mechanism includes hormones that are interacted with tissues in the menstrual cycle.

In the menstrual cycle, the initial purpose is to make a follicle (thing in which the egg develops)..FSH or Follicle stimulating hormone initiates the formation of the follicle. LH or Luteinizing hormone assist FSH in the formation of the follicle and to develope its ability to secrete estrogen. As the follicle progresses in its development it begans to secrete estrogen and progesterone. Estrogen passes into the blood and travels to the pititary gland where it turns off the production of FSH. This is an example of negative feedback. The presence of estrogen in the blood sitmulate the production of LH and this would be a positive feedback.
as direction of current reverses it is shown in form of positive and negative cycles
No, positive feedback is rare, compared to negative feedback. This is because negative feedback is a self regulating cycle, so think of the regulation of heartbeats, breathing and amount of erythrocytes in the blood. The reason positive feedback doesn't occur that often is because it is not self regulating, the action of the cycle carry's on with the system. An example would be hypothermia. When your body goes below 37 degrees C, you will start to shiver to work up, if this does not work, your metabolic processes will start to slow down, you will become sleep, lethargic and lacking of energy, hence making it extremely difficult to bring heat back into the system to warm it up. Thus, the positive feedback can be a destructive mechanism. The easiest way to sum it up is that negative feedback is common as it tries to put a system back to its original equilibrium, positive feedback is rare because it is trying to make a new point for equilibrium. Hope this helps.
Probably not. All this is probably related to moon. Most of the women have menstrual cycle of 28 days, that corresponds with lunar month. Delivery takes exactly ten lunar months.
The menstrual cycle is the reproductive cycle, as long as she is fertile she is always on her menstrual cycle. You can't tell where she is in her menstrual cycle unless she tells you.
The question almost states itself. Without positive feedback, there can be no oscillation (at least of a steady-state type). The feedback must be applied at an appropriate part of the oscillatory cycle, as well as at the appropriate level.
Regardless of menstruating or not your body will still have the hormones for a positive test.
