as an opinion i say iPod is better. heres why: with the mp4 you cannot download apps or games. you only get the pre built in game. the ipod touch u ccan download apps and games. the problem with the mp4 is that its not made by apple so you cant download things off of iTunes. SO I WOULD SAY GET THE IPOD TOUCH.!!
