Yes, they are. Narwhals live in cold, northern parts of the ocean. They will live at the northern coast of Canada, Russia, Greenland, and near the Artic. They can live in cold waters because they are warm blooded. This means their body temperature stays the same no matter the weather in the environment. This also means they could live in warm weather but they choose not to because the food they eat, live in cold waters.

Seals Have A Big Layer Of Fat. Which Is So Warm That It Does Not Even Need That Much Fur! There Is Also Other Mammals Which Do Not Need Fur Includes: Elephants, Dolphins, Porpoises, Whales And Also Sea Lions And Walruses. (In A Matter Of Fact That Walruses And Sea Lions Are Closely Related.)
