Yes, Halo 4 comes with two discs. It has the main disc, which has the campaign and spartan ops modes, and the secondary disc which you put in the Xbox and download. Then you can take it out and play multiplayer (War Games) on the first disc again.

That depends which game you mean: Halo Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo Wars and Halo Wars were all made by Bungie, but they sold to 343 Industries last year. So far, 343 have only released Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary, which is a remestering of the very first Halo game, but Halo 4 is coming out this year, which 343 said will be the beginning of a brand new Halo trilogy.
