no, it's connected to the exhaust manifold inlet
it sounds like your power steering fluid is low,,,,, or your power steering pump is leaking (which means it needs to be replaced)... I hope it turns out to be low steering fluid. If the power steering fluid is low, you can have someone add fluid, but keep and eye on whether or not that fluid level is dropping or leaking. Good luck to you.
Power steering is under the hood on the passenger side in the corner closest to the windshield It is a black cylinder with turn off top. Remove the top and read the indicator stick. Use power steering fluid to add until reads full on the indicator stick.
it,s connected with ur fluid reservoir
The Vue doesn't use power steering fluid. The power steering system is entirely electric and requires no maintenance. If there is a problem with the power steering system, the Malfunction Indicator Light with the icon of a car and a wrench will light.
It should be connected to the power steering pump which is under the alternator; probably right next to the battery.
On the four or Six cylinder, it is connected to where you add power steering fluid, the actual pump is on the bottom or side
no. however your indicator lights are located in your dashboard. dashboard light will light up when you turn your headlights on. Ex. the lights that are illuminated behind your miles per hour needle or behind your fuel gauge. Your indicator light are a lights that come on when your first turn the ignition. these lights indicate when your oil needs to be changed or your fuel is low or your washer fluid is low or the blue light that is illuminated when your headlights are on bright or high beam etc.....most newer model cars are equipped with the indicator lights. hope this is helpful.
Power steering fluidPower steering fluid
THE POWER STEERING PUMP IS LOW ON FLUID . IT COULD BE A LEAK , HAVE TO CHECK VISUALLY , IF DONT KNOW WHAT IT LOOK LIKE ,IT IS THE ONLY THING WHEN YOU LIFT YOUR HOOD THAT HAS A BELT CONNECTED TO IT THAT HAS A REMOVABLE CAP ,{ GENERALLY} You need power steering fluid.
Never seen a power steering hose connected to the radiator. Transmission fluid hose, yes.
While parked on a level surface, and th engine is cold , locate the power-steering reservoir. The reservoir is connected to the power steering pump and is clearly labeled. Add approved fluid to just below the low-level mark.
To check the power steering fluid on your 1991 Caprice remove the cap on the power steering pump fluid reservoir and check the level on the fluid level indicator. If the fluid is warm(about 170 degrees)the fluid level should be at the "Full Hot" mark. If the fluid is cool(about 70 degrees) the fluid level should be at the "Full Cold" mark.Always use the correct power steering fluid to avoid damage to the hoses and seals which will result in fluid leaks. It should be noted that the reservoir (pardon my spelling) is located under the alternator (On my '91 with the 305, that is) - So you can't do it while the car is running.....Kenny
