Of course not. He has not done anything that would merit being arrested. On the other hand, you may have read on a partisan website or heard on a partisan talk show that he ought to be arrested, or even that he will soon be arrested. This has been said about a number of presidents, but that does not mean it is going to happen-- it just means the host dislikes the president's policies and wishes someone else were in the White House. There is no credible evidence that Barack Obama is going to be arrested.

The only President to be arrested while in office was Grant who was stopped for speeding in his carriage. (There is a rumor that Franklin Pierce was also arrested for hitting a woman with his carriage, but there is no documentation for this.) Before he president. Andrew Jackson was charged and fined heavily by a federal judge in New Orleans.
