No not really as the only animal that lives on Mount Everest is the Euophrys omnisuperstes, a small jumping spider.
The rubbish effects man more than anything, it can be a dangerous hazzard and is not very nice to look at.

Rubbish left on Mount Everest affect animals greatly. They can mistake it for food, or get caught in it and suffocate. Plants however, are not as badly affected as plants and vegatation don't grow above 5,700 meters (roughly) but still can cause harm and damage wildlife.
