Of coarse you can reuse the sauce you cooked a chicken in. Any of the bacteria that was on the chicken was "destroyed" to say. The sauce will only have a faint taste of the chicken in it, but the flavor of the sauce will still overpower that of the chickens.

So that the live wire is isolated when the fuse blows. If a fuse was placed in the neutral, the equipment would still be live when the fuse blows.
It is still available (July 2011) in Southern California, so please be more specifical.
It depends what fuse but yes it is possible. If it is the ignition fuse then yeah your car won't start. If it is the fuse for your horn, yeah the car will still start.
