Unfortunately the answer is no, the site is not credible or reliable. It seems to work in the manner of a crass commercial venture. Articles are followed by selected self-serving comments that consist of words like "wonderful, helpful, thank you very much, you saved me," and the like, mostly from school children in a pinch to complete a class assignment. Critical comments are summarily deleted.
The articles themselves are highly questionable and often misleading. But the site wouldn't allow readers to point out or correct their many flaws.Facebook is both, a credible site + an non credible site
government sites are credible because it's the government's outlet.
Wiki isn't a credible source, because, it doesn't really give off correct information.

You must use your own discernment for that question. Fundamentally, it boils down to who is actually answering your question.
The more credible your site, the more likely your prospect are to make contact with you
not credible!
No, .com is a domain that just about anyone or anything can have. You have no guarantee of who or what put the information on the site.
A credible site would be one such as Microsoft homepage; you are pretty much assured that they won't attack your PC in any way. One of those pornography sites on the other hand, could pose a serious security risk to a person's computer. That would be a non credible site.
