yes it is, whenever you eat the fruit, while your body is digesting it, it all turns directly into very unhealthy sugar and the only way to prevent this while eating a fruit is to eat it 30 minuets berfore eating anything else and wait at least 45 minuets after you have eaten something.(: your welcome stupid people of america.(; im just kidding this is oliva bert reporting for duty.(; smd!!
