EDIT: F-22 is far better than the Su-30MKI because of it's stealth technology, more reliable weapons, and better radar. The Russians made an amazing fighter but don't compare it to the finest (and most expensive) fighter available.
F-22 have not yet participated in war & also operated only by US, as it is not very much affordable for others. And talking about stealth, even the Indian LCA is a stealth which also an Light aircraft like F-16. And more imporatant point is the pilot who flies it. So we can say F-22 is better today only due to its features. Also Russia & India are developing PAK T-50 (FGFA) to directly compete F-22.
F-16 is said to be advanced because it was the first fighter to be equipped with on-board computer. Now all the fighters have on-board computers. That's why they are called 4th generation fighters. F-22 & the Sukhoi T-50 are in the category of fifth generation fighters.

Yes,definitely,Sukhoi MKI 30 is much much much better than the F-16 because it is well high tech. fighter designed specially for military overcomes,etc.Sukhoi MKI 30 had been made with the contracts of Indian and Russia only.
