At least not while the student is still under the teacher's tutelage.

There are simply too many things that can make the situation unfair.

Maybe the student puts up with it to get good grades. Maybe the student Blackmails the teacher to get good grades. Maybe the teacher threatens the student with poor grades unless the student agrees to a relationship.
