The Arctic Circle is north of the Tropic of Cancer.

The Arctic Circle is about 66° 33′ 44″ (or 66.5622°) N latitude.

The Tropic of Cancer is about 23° 26′ 15.143″ (23.4378°) N latitude.

The two will be complementary angles, or very nearly so.

Iceland is slightly south of the Arctic Circle. The North Pole is the center of the Arctic Circle. Iceland is 1800-miles from the North Pole.
