Best Answer

No, the universe is mostly a vacuum but a black hole is (theoretically) when gravity goes wild and rips a hole in space and time

If the whole mass of the universe was once contained in a baseball sized volume why was this not a black hole by definition so is our universe a failed black hole and each black hole a failed universe?

Partially because when the universe was the size of a baseball the four principle forces were not yet separate, but one force. So there was no gravity to create a black hole, there was no strong force, weak force, or the force of electromagnetism.

How does black hole eat time?

it's called "time dilation" if you look into relativity, Einstein describes the constant of the universe being the speed of light. Since a black hole is infinte in gravity, the black hole sucks in the light. So it in a since changes the constant that constrains time and so to speak "eat's time!"

What existed before the creation of the universe if a singularity is not a black hole?

Well, a singularity is part of a black hole. Although no-one really knows what existed before, a likely explanation is that every black hole contains another universe. So when our black hole was created, we were too.

Could you see a black hole if you were on the moon?

No. The gravitational field of a black hole is so great that electromagnetic radiation in the visible spectrum does not escape from them. Therefore, you couldn't directly see a black hole regardless of where you were in the universe.

How the black hole becomes so powerful than anything in the universe?

they drink red bull

Are you moving toward a black hole?

Since we are always in motion and we have reason to believe that there are many black holes in the universe, there is bound to be one in the direction that we are moving. So, yes, I am moving toward a black hole. As are you.

Do you have to die if you fall into a black hole?

A black hole is more powerful than anything in the Universe except an XZ Majoris Ceiphei, so indeed you would have to die if you fell into a black hole for sure; except if you ARE an XZ Majoris Ceiphei.

What is the next phase of black hole?

Many theories have come into existence. The recent one is the hyperspace which states that our universe is like a 3D event horizon of a 4D black hole. So the 3D black holes in our universe there are 2D event horizons consisting of 2D universes. Now a black hole is a hole in the fabric of space-time. So actually it is the last stage itself. Its like the hole in a bathtub or the sink from where all the contents escape to somewhere else.

Will an observer falling into a black hole be able to witness all future events in the universe outside the black hole?

I don't think so. Such an observer will be utterly destroyed quite soon.

Is this universe the product of a black hole from another verse?

There have indeed been some speculations that this may be the case. However, for now it is impossible to verify this. =========================== According to hyper sphere theory it suggest so i.e. the universe is like the event horizon of another universe from a 4 D universe's black hole. This model of the universe helps answers why the temperature of the entire universe is not uniform. According to Big Bang theory the temperature of the universe should have had been evenly distributed by now but this is not the case. A Canadian team of scientists proposed this theory that our universe might in fact be a the membrane of black hole in a 4th dimensional universe. Computer models show that the the 3 D membrane(our universe) surrounding the black hole is expanding. Like there are 2 D event horizons along the 3 D black holes we are the 3 D event horizon around a 4 D black hole called a hyper sphere.

What band of radiation is best for studying black holes?

X-rays are the best band for studying black holes as the radiations emitted by the black hole is X-rays so we can expect the presence of a black hole anywhere in the Universe.

What is the black hole in the milky way made of?

A giant supermassive black hole is just remains of a once great star, and it collapsed into on itself, pressurizing so much gravity that it makes a hole in time and space in this universe, sucking in anything, so basically it is just a hole of gravity.
