I would not recommend the womens institute for incorporation therapy, all they care about is getting your money and is pretty much a waste of time for anyone considering going there, and to make matters worse it is being run like a general psych hospital and when i was there i didn't get the help i begged for, i gave them a money order and did what was asked and the shrink i seen couldn't understand me as he spoke little and i was told i would be there at least 2 weeks; but 3 days later i was told that i had to leave as they stated insurance problems; hello, my insurance was checked prior to going there and once i was there i was told something else; i drove 4 hours to get there and was told i had to be picked up by 11 and it was 4 in the afternoon and called husband and he had to leave work and come and get me; thus not real happy how things were handled to say the least, I gave them my whole check and really believe it did more damage then help, both financially and emotionally. Please be aware that you can get the same help from any psych ward and you don't have to travel or hand over a money order of your whole check....Would never recommend this place, if you need help with dissociative problems i would recommend Life Healing Center or McLean Hospital....and get a good therapist and see them regularly.
