When I got accepted back in 2002, there was no physical test to get accepted. There was a medical physical, though. Once you are in the program, if you are consistently unable to pass the Navy's PRT (Physical Readiness Test), you will very likely be processed out of the program. The test consists of a 1.5 mile run, 2 minutes to complete as many sit-ups as you can, and 2 minutes to complete as many push-ups as you can. You must also remain within the Navy's height-weight and body fat standards.
