Yes, on my Droid incredible I dialed the supposed number and nothing happened, but then a few days later my battery fell to about 20% so I stopped using my phone. Later I went to check something and my battery was a 50%. When I recharged my phone it charged to 50% then dropped back down to 20% then climbed back to 100. This appears to be a true think, just don't understand why it exists
