Yes, there is. First and foremost, if you are in danger emotionally or physically, leave your husband.
Second, try to come to terms with that he is a sociopath. That may seem simple, but it's hard to actually make yourself believe that he is being manipulative. Talk to a psychologist if you feel that you need to talk to somebody about how you feel about your husband.
