Nuuh...Sadly I don't think there is. It was just something fan made I guess. Think of it..... if Kishimoto takes the series any farther than like 500 episodes, it'll begin to get pointless. He said this is Kakashi's year though.....so Sasuke may die.

Sadly.... No. As he just said is when he encounter Naruto, he won't come back. I don't know what manga chapter is it. If he comes back, that will be the end of 'Naruto Shippuden'. Which is pretty sucks, if you ask me. The truth is that, Kisimoto (Creater of Naruto) wants to have Another series called 'Naruto Akkipuden' as the battles continues with Naruto Vs Sasuke. Or maybe he won't make another Sasuke apprearence. Beats me! This is far as I go as these the Only detail that I know so far. If you wanna know more about it, Check out on Youtube.
