for 59 pounds of boost you should think of converting map to mass air flow for fuel density
The manifold absolute pressure sensor on a 1989 Firebird Formula is attached to the passenger side fire wall just above and to the right of the air conditioner evaporator housing. There is a three wire plug and a single vacuum line connected to the bottom.
there is no map sensor on it
Low voltage (high vacuum) at mass air flow sensor (or MAP sensor).
were is my 1999 pontiac grand am map sensor location
Map Sensor is right on top of the Intake manifold, I believe the left side if not mistaken.
i need a diagram of wher the map sensor is.
It can be one of these 3 things...1 Throttle position sensor..2 Mass airflow senser...3 Map senser
The Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor is located near the throttle body on the intake manifold.
The PCV valve is located under the MAP sensor on a 1990 Pontiac Grand Prix. The MAP sensor is in the upper plenum.
On the 2000 Firebird 3800 V6, the PCV valve is under the MAP sensor. It is on the top of the engine on the upper plenum.
where is a map sensor loction for 1994 ponatic bonneville?
MAP Sensor LocationOn a 1987 Pontiac Fiero GT 2.8L V6. It is bolted to the end of the intake plenum on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
