∙ 8y agoNo. It would be highly unlikely that the Government would ever make a nine dollar bill due to its irregularity in the currency system.
In addition, the president doesn't decide whose image appears on bills. That's the responsibility of the Treasury Department and its Secretary.
Finally, by law no living person's image can appear on US paper money.
