there is not apparently. if someone knows the reason why please elaborate. maybe its not required for it being a light SUV. would it even help its emissions or fuel consumption is a good question.; however there is a channel in the head from cyl.4 exhaust port that returns back towards the intake manifold that is seemingly unused and blocked by the intake manifold design. maybe left there as a possible option or possibly a cause(could be coincidence) of the cyl.4 exhaust valve tightening over time causing burnout(that prob that is common on this vehicle.- remember to adjust those valves).
2001 Honda CR-V DOES NOT have an EGR valve!
Pretty sure the 97 Honda CRV doesn't have an EGR valve. I have a service manual for the 97 and it's nowhere to be found. I think some Civics didn't have one either.

There is no EGR valve on a 2000 Honda CR-V. The emission system used in these vehicles did not require an EGR.
The 1989 Honda Civic is not equipped with an EGR valve.
according to the emissions label it does not have an EGR valve.
The 2001 Honda Odyssey EGR valve is located on the outside of the air cleaner housing. You will find the valve, on the back of the housing.

The EGR valve for a Honda EX 1991 is at the top of the engine. It is at the front, just to the left of center.
