Hoth and Endor were planets from the Star Wars Series of Movies.
Hoth planet was the 6th planet of the Hoth system. The ice world was the base for rebellion in The Empire Strikes back film.
Endor, the home to the Ewoks was the planet that the second Death Star was constructed around in the Return of the Jedi film. The rebels had to penetrate it's wooded surface to destroy the shield generator so the rebel fleet could attack and destroy the deathstar.
To my knowledge no real planets have officially named such.
The excepted naming policy for extrasolar planets is the star name with a letter after it staring with b and working up the alphabet as multiple planets are discovered. For example the Star Gliese 876 has 3 known planets Gliese 876b, Gliese 876c and Gliese 876d.
Of course if you believe the steriotipical view of astronomers, i would guess that there are many planets out there that are unofficially named Hoth, Endor, Alderaan, Naboo, Tatooine, etc.
This question is debatable.
Bespin, Endor, Geonosis, Hoth, Kamino, Kashyyyk, Naboo, Rhen Varr, Tatooine and Yavi 4 are all available to play on in Star Wars Battlefront I. Many of these locations have one or more specific areas to play at.
The ones on the forest moon of Endor are called Ewoks.
If you are talking about Star Wars Battlefront 1, then the planets are: Bespin Cloud City, Bespin Platforms, Endor Bunker Geonosis Spire, Kamino Tipoca City, Hoth Echo Base, Kashyyyk Islands, Kashyyyk Docks, Naboo Plains, Naboo Theed, Tatooine Dune Sea, Tatooine Mos Eisley, Yavin 4 Temple, Yavin 4 Arena, Rhen Var Harbor, and Rhen Var Citadel. In various sci-fi narratives, the names of lands on other planets can vary widely depending on the story. For example, in "Star Wars," you might visit Tatooine, Hoth, or Endor. In "Dune," notable locations include Arrakis and Caladan. Each fictional universe creates its own unique landscapes and civilizations, often named to reflect their culture or environment.
Tatooine Luke, Pilot Luke, Endor Luke, Bespin Luke, Dagobah Luke, Jedi Knight Luke, Stormtrooper Luke, Yavin Luke and Hoth Luke.
If you mean the planet's names, there are way too many to name. But the ones that appear in the films are Coruscant, Naboo, Tatooine, Geonosis, Kamino, Utapau, Mustafar, Alderaan, Yavin, Hoth, Bespin, Dagobah, and the forest moon of Endor.
