Not enitrely. Light will reflect off the moon, but in the same manner that it would relfect off any other piece of rock. The lasers that we bounce off the moon are fired at special mirrors placed there by the Apollo astronauts.

Why does venus shine the brightest although it is not the closest to the sun?

Venus appears brighter than Mercury for two main reasons. First, Venus is much larger than Mercury, which means it has a larger surface area to reflect sunlight. Second, the surface of Mercury consists largely of fairly dark rock, which does not relfect theat much sunlight. Venus is covered in white clouds of sulfuric acid, which reflect quite a bit of sunlight.

What is the difference between luminous object and illumines the object?

Luminous objects give off light whereas illuminated objects relfect light, and thus appear to produce light. For example: A lightbulb is luminous because it gives off light whereas the moon is illuminated because it reflects the light of the sun.A luminous object shines with its own light; it produces its own light, like the sun. An illuminated object is lit by some outside source, like a light bulb or something lit up because your car's headlights fall on it at night, such as your garage door.

Is not going to church a sin?

No of course not. Its your relationship with God that counts. Of course its great and a blessing to be able to find a really cool church that you are comfortable in where you can learn and worship God and also have the comfort of knowing you can talk and ask a leader or whoever at your church if you have a problem. If you dont go to church, make sure you self relfect every now and then, are you living the way God would want you to? make sure you read the bible and praise God though even if you are on the toliet!:D ______________________________________________________________________ No. It is not a sin. It is best to keep fellowship with other believers becasue the more you will hear and read the Word, pray, and worship God in the spirit with others. At home you would not do it as often as you should. In Hebrews 10:25 it says "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another, so much the more as ye see the day approaching."

In Pokemon sapphire how can you beat the champion?

ok. well steven has mostly steel so i suggest u have a really powerful water (heh; my lvl 86 swampert) first he uses a lvl 56 skarmory;which u can use an eltric type to kill it faster. then he uses aggron; where ur water type cleans it up. then he SHULD use cradily; so u shuld have a fighting type or an ice type. then he... urm, i don't remember the order but then he uses armaldo, claydol and metagross. armaldo and claydol are weak to water but claydol has really good defence. it might use relfect or light screen to kill it fast. now for metagross, use a fire or ground pkmn. good luck! (metagross is lvl 58) my team: (and im not lying) Swampert- lvl 86 Rayquazq- lvl 73 (it knows thunderbolt and i caught it at sky pillar which took me 3 weeks). Sableye- lvl 53 Hariyama- lvl 62 (VERY reliable!) walrein- lvl 57 (it knows some good ice moves and has good defence) once again, good luck. i know u don't wanna read this much but its helpful. and my pkmn took a LONG time to train. i quit a few times and came back.

Do the laws of the US and or florida relfect the morals?

If your question is, "Do the laws of the US and/or Florida reflect the morals of its respective citizens," the answer is Yes and No. Laws throughout history reflect the moral, social and commercial commonality of a society. Research indicates that common laws regarding conduct, morality and commerce predates the written word or established religions. Common laws allow societies to function without violence, and under a common understanding of conduct, expectations and conflict resolution. That commonality always reflects the beliefs of the majority (or in modern times in the US, the political majority). There is always a significant portion of a population that is politically inactive, either because of oppression by the political majority or through personal inaction. Laws change when the beliefs of a majority of the political majority changes. Generally, as evidenced in the past in the US, individual conduct and societal norms change through changes in the law. As evidenced in the past, in a representative democracy it is possible for one portion of a population to impose its beliefs on all by disenfranchising or restricting opponents' ability to effect change. E.g., restricting voting access that adversely effects political opponents; restricting access to financial resources to restrict economic growth. The laws of the United States and/or any of its states at any one time reflects the society's political majority. Change comes when the political majority effects change, or the composition of the political majority changes to the benefit of a heretofore politically excluded segment of society.
