Once the nasal mucosa has been damaged by cocaine, it is unlikely to return. There may be a small amount of improvement, but the vast majority of your sense of smell will stay lost.
Cocaine doesn't affect taste directly, in that it doesn't affect the tongue very much, but since between 80-90% of our sense of taste is really due to our sense of smell, the perception of taste is also often reduced. And again, since the nasal mucosa is unlikely to grow back to any appreciable degree, the sense of taste is also reduced greatly, and likely to remain damaged.
