However, you could get the fertility treatment for 10.000 Lifetime Points which highers the chance of conception and multiples. Age also affects, young adults are more likely to get multiples.
You could also watch Kidz Zone TV, read pregnancy books and keep the mother happy during her pregnancy and after several tries you'll get 4 babies.
