There is no cheat code for the Solar Gun in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. The only way to obtain it is by defeating the Haven Troopers in Advent Palace and the BB Corps non-lethally when they are in their beast forms and then collecting the dolls afterwards (five total). Although Screaming Mantis is unique in that there is no way to non-lethally defeat her, so her doll will appear no matter how you defeat her beast form. The Solar Gun will then be given to you upon completion of the game, and available for use on subsequent playthroughs using the same save data.
