One on each side, about center, right above the oil pan rail.
there is no bleeding screw on a car that old but if you want to remove the fluid there is a petcock on the bottom of the radiator to drain it and there is a drain on both sides of the engine block.

Cars did not get catalytic converters until 74. Trucks were 81, or 82.
Rule of thumb. Before 74, Autolite 76, or any cross referenced plug to that. After 74, 26. You will have to lok to tell for sure, because so much small block stuff interchanges. Look at the seat in the hole. If it is tapered, then the 26. If it is flat, then the 76, with the washer.

There are two types of plugs, for small blocks. Autolite 76, the 13/16ths, or big plug. This was used, pretty much, pre 74. 74, and newer, have a taper fit. An Autolite, 26, or a cross reference, will do. The newer platinum style plugs seem to work well.
