Yes. They are called highbush cranberry and other names. I have several growing in the woods behind my home in Maine. I was very surprised by this because I used to pick Cranberries on the bogs down in Southern Massachusetts, so to see them on trees was odd to say the least. My husband and I are doing research on these berries to learn more about them.
