As a practical matter however, in todays society there is less stigma attached to the vehicle offense than to the criminal offense. HOWEVER - as far ast the possession of firearms is concerned - USE CAUTION -you would need to apply for expungement and/or to get your firearms rights returned, or you could be in BIG trouble.
