Supposedly there is a legal drug called "Brain Freeze". Some kind of incense that you can buy at your local hemp/pipe store. As far as I know it is smoked but au contraire to the pot like symptoms "Brain Freeze" feels terrible, time slowed down by about 4 times, delayed sight to brain comprehension and not at all like the way you feel when smoking weed. Governments way to try and benefit from advertising it to be a weed replacement.
