minato was the strongest in naruto, but in Naruto shippuden(which means Hurricane chronicals/legend) at the end, naruto is stronger than minato. Mr Kishimoto-san said so

Naruto cannot see his father, the Fourth Hokage, because he died battling the Nine Tailed Fox. However, in Chapter 440, Naruto has a brief talk with his father (through an attempt to remove the seal on the nine tailed fox, the seal released the fourth hokage's chakra into a reincarnation of himself to prevent naruto from removing the seal).
Who wins Sasuke or danzo?
Well I'd say Naruto is stronger than Danzo because in manga 499 he learns how to control the kyubi. With that being said, if someone were to be able to control the demon fox back when minato (4th Hokage) was fighting him, minato would not have defeated the fox

Will naruto ever go 8 tails again?
It is unlikely that Naruto will ever go to his 8 tailed transformation again. Mainly because Minato Namikaze appears within his subconcious to stop him from releasing the 9 tails completely, and completely restoring the seal before departing. However, Naruto was given the "key" to his seal which was left to Jiraiya by Minato, then eventually passed on to Naruto by Jiraiya as he felt he wasn't coming back before his fight with Pain. After defeating Pain, in theory Naruto 'could' go 8 tails again if he wanted, but it is currently unknown how the 9 tailed demon fox's chakra will react to Naruto now he has full mastery of it.
