Yes, there is. First you must make sure that your sims are different genders.. Second, you must get each of them to 100 percent friends. (That is possible by talking to them regularly and things) Sooner or later, you will get the proposal option under the romance section while you are talking to them. Make sure they are both in a a good mood and remember the boy proposes. At last, they are married. You may not have babies on Sim 2: Pets PS2 though.
