There is not a specific formula. However, if you weight the diaper before putting it on the baby and then after taking it off, the amount of urine will be the difference between the two. So that would be:
Weight of Wet Diaper minus the weight of the Dry Diaper equals the weight of urine.

How do you measure urine by diaper?

Weigh the diaper before putting it on the child and then weight it afterwards. Or weigh a bunch of them to find a good average weight, they are going to be pretty much identical. Weigh the diaper after removal and subtract the original weight and you have the amount of urine. You can remove any feces before weighing, unless that is important as well.

How does it feel to wet an adult diaper?

It depends of the diaper and the amount you wet. Most store brand diapers are only designed for constantly dribbling, so they cannot handle sudden flows of large amounts of urine. Wetting them is just like wetting your pants only you have a large wet mess between your legs. However, if your using a quality diaper like Dry 24/7 it will hold the urine much better and away from the skin. You will feel the warmth of the urine and some moisture, but it will quickly seem to dry. Then you will have some weight added to the diaper until you change it.

True or false when weighing a diaper you can calculate cc of urine in the diaper because you know 1 gm equals 1 cc?

in a word TRUEi believe that you might be able to do it since the density of urine is between 1.003 and 1.035 g/cm^3 you would first need to accurately get a dry weight of the diaper. the results could be thrown off if your baby was sweating a lot or if it poops in it.the overall equation for the cc urine is:cc Urine = (weight wet diaper(grams) --- weight dry diaper(grams))/1.00325
